agreed. that is why author showed us a scene, where chanwoo stayed with his abusive bf. Chanwoo can't even use the safe word properly. because he's afraid to lose these relationships... that is how dependent he is.
It saddens me that people can't understand this... if only MD was not a hot daddy...lol
MD wants Chanwoo to stop chasing after physically and emotionally abusive boyfriends and to use the safe word when he's pushed beyond his limits....
Chanwoo was attracted to this guy and prob wouldn't have had an issue making out with him at MDs command but since he was told he was only being used, making out with him while trying to be sexy to please MD is gonna be hard and uber humiliating even for Chanwoo's masochistic level...I think maybe he is being trained in a roundabout way.
Ultimately I think MD is trying to help Chanwoo come to terms with this dependency, I really want to see how this plays out.
I think the smirk in the restaurant showed clearly that his main motivation is grudge after rejection and revange.
I addressed this in our other convo stream...it IS possible that the smirk was him being pleased that a perfect training opportunity landed in his lap. MD has not been painted as a mean seme and idt that Chanwoo's rejection would've caused this easy going character to become a vengeful jerk, one fujoshi's opinion.
I agree that MD hasn't been painted as painted as a mean top and that chanwoo's rejection didn't change him to be a vengeful type of character. That'd be way out of character, I think.
However I do think that he is taking this opportunity right now to sort of manipulate chanwoo. I can see where you're coming from with him trying to teach chanwoo a lesson but this ain't it. MD's just being sadistic.
Like I said, he knows that Chanwoo wants to keep the master/slave relationship with him so he's using that to his advantage saying "well if you leave now and don't go through with what *I* tell you to do, i'll just ditch you for the other guy."

Yeah MD's kind of out of line here. The only reason chanwoo's even there is cause he wants to keep his relationship with MD but the things that MD is making him do is clearly out of chanwoo's comfort zone.

That's the thing. Chanwoo wants to keep the relationship with MD and MD knows this. He's obviously manipulating Chanwoo and using that fact to make him stay and go through with this whether he wants to or not.
