He was his previous sub, so I think he knew the city where he lives. Maybe he changed the flat but not the city? So he have to observe some clubs to find his new sub?

Am I the only one wondering how the hell this guy run into Chanwoo?! He did mention that he was planning to go after MD throws his partner and then he met Chanwoo.... Like.... It was casually? ....he was searching for the whole country? ....... He stalked MD so he knows who Chanwoo was??
