The whole scene is wrong from the begging. MD is mixing his emotions and grudge with play. Which is unacceptable. He is making Chanwoo do things he doesn't want to... But he feels obligated because of conditions to do them. BDSM shouldn't be pressured by such factors.

The reason why Chanwoo wants to introduce that guy to MD is because he wants to make sure of it was okay for him to be in a relationship (where he THOUGHT he was liked back - really isn’t much Chanwoo is asking for lol) while also continuing BDSM with MD. MD took advantage of that (and used the fact the Chanwoo was being used) and manipulated the situation. That’s SUPER petty, knowing Chanwoo has abusive relationships in the past and struggles with safe words and saying ‘no’. MD should’ve known better, having been in BDSM for much much longer.
