Hello, the manga I am trying to remember had a scene where the location was on a boat them people started dying one by one cause before on the boat the same incident happened as well and the killer is trying to recreate the incident but the fist incident the people dying was children from different countries so that they can determine the future of the countries. I don't really remember the countries but I do remember that a girl from weak/small country was able to survive and that the reason that the killings where happening was because of some Old Lady who was claimed to be super wise so she had them conduct the test. But then that Old Lady died because she was killed by the adult child who once participated in the test and the Old Lady died with a gunshot wound. Oh, the Old lady was in a wheel chair I don't really remember the other chapters of the story but this scene really stood with me but I don't really remember which manga was it, please help if you recognize this scene.
