I know it's weird but in France even now it's common to see 12/13 years old children drinking a glass of wine during the meal with their parents or champagne in parties so maybe this manga is based on old French royalty
Back in historical times alcohol wasnt as strong as it is now, it was more like juice. also by age 13/14 you were already considered an adult anyway.
Everybody’s going on about the age gap while I’m here thinking about why it isn’t suspicious at all that suddenly after falling outta the window the 13yo princess suddenly has an interest in baking and knows a lot of recipes...
And also why are they just giving her alcohol to put in the sweets??? She is 13? And it was even said that it’s okay to use alcohol bc the prince has a high tolerance?? And I mean she is eating that too? As a child with like no tolerance probs??
