Itsjust a guess but based on the events, it seems like its a tradition that the female lycan should be handed to the future chief clan or so. So going back in gok's case, his memories being a female lycan and his blood was suppressed by his grandmother to ensure his safety (and then yibin happened lol). So its a possibility (another WILD GUESS) that his parents are hiding him from them. But these are all just my hypothesisss. (āā½ā)
