am i the only one not really feeling this ?

idk about yall, but i wasn’t really fucking with jimmy throughout the story. yeah yeah, we got our happy, romantic, kiss kiss fall in love ending but the shit feels so forced

think about it : if the same motherfucker I caught stealing on the train broke into my house the SAME DAY and i also SUFFER FROM A TRAUMA where someone killed my partner after breaking in,,, i for sure aint fucking with them and damn well ain’t letting them put their dick in me.

yeah jimmy did apologize, explained why he’s the way he is, and swear that he’ll do better but real talk- jimmy’s words don’t mean shit until he actually changes for good. something like stealing is a serious addiction that cant simply be overcome by the snap of a finger. so, it would’ve been so much better to see jimmy develop and overcome stealing & get his shit together by getting a proper job or getting help. THEN after that, it would’ve been perfect to see the both of them overcome their troubles of the past and form a proper relationship

reese is way too forgiving, and even if he did for some reason decide to forgive jimmy,, why would you jump straight into a relationship with him?? that’s only setting yourself up for a heartbreak bro
