Your list is excellent!!
- The theme or topic of the list is unique and significant.
- The description is precise and gives a brief background of what to expect in the list.
- Manga descriptions are straight to the point yet provides detailed information.
- Societal issues tackled in the story is indicated.
I have a little suggestion but its not that important tho haha. Hmm some people may skip reading the manga summary because theyre more interested to know what societal issue is in that story. I have two suggestions:
[1] you can put an emoji before the societal issues part, so that it will be easier to spot and will not be drowned out by the summary paragraph.
Example:
Both were in love but got estrange due to a series of misunderstandings. Uke got bullied due to being gay, however they overcame all the adversities and end up together.
Bullied due to homophobia, bi seme and bi uke
[2] Switch the plot summary/explanation and the societal issue. Meaning, the societal issues will be written above the plot summary/explanation.
Example:
Bullied due to homophobia, bi seme and bi uke
Both were in love but got estrange due to a series of misunderstandings. Uke got bullied due to being gay, however they overcame all the adversities and end up together.
These is just a suggestion, so you may chooses not to follow it HAHA but overall, your list is excellent and 11/10 highly recommend. Kudos to you
Oh and I also suggest that you add
1. http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/paradise_view/
- it tackles realistic struggles of a gay couple, like family acceptance, doubt, etc.
2. http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/salad_days_tang_liuzang/
- although it's portrayed as light hearted, it actually tackles realistic societal issues such as gender roles (male mc is a ballerina) and about pursuing one's passion (side character was discouraged to become an artist as it is not a "proper" carrier)
So... I created this list containing all yaoi or shounen ai that tackles with social issues such as homophobia, racism and various other discrimination. The stories range from sweet/fluff/angst/twisted. I included some that also portrays somewhat realistic sexual experience of gay couples. Feel free to check it out and leave suggestions! I might do it for other genres in the future.

I excluded omegaverse because I don't think it is an applicable discrimination. Some say it is slightly relative to sexism, but I don't think girls or women can relate to that.
