Basically the guy is a gay porn actor and he's having trouble with his erection, he heard about Mikajima being knowlegable about sex related stuff so he approched Nitta to get to him and ask Mikajima to sleep with him.
Mikajima's answer is for the next chapters since we got extras instead of plot (yep I'm still pissed) ...
Just bought chapter 21-24 on lezhin .... what a let down with chapter 23 and 24 being extras the main plot ends on chapter 22 with a cliffhanger....
I'm slightly annoyed they weren't marked as extras but as proper "episode" ....
