Actually, I think that when he still had his memories, he never used to eat sweet stuff because he knew Athy loved them and he wanted her to eat all of them all the time so that’s why he pretended he was disgusted by it so she never had to share-

but now that he doesn’t remember, he didn’t have anything holding him back from eating sweet stuff-

that’s why Mr.RedHairedSoldierGuy said at the end of the chapter, “I think you(Athy) misunderstood something”

But it does sadden me too that Athy doesn’t know that;-;

But why did he act so disgusted last chapter? He looked like he was genuinely shocked or grossed out by something?

i would say that he genuinely disgusted the first time he tried it. but after he saw that athy loves it, he try to love it as well??? that's probably why the knight said that she just misunderstood it.
