I hope the author does more research tbh...
Like yes, some alters disappear. And others "fuse" with other alters. But yeah.... Lowkey disappointed.

yikess... the accuracy was pretty good up until the whole "who is the main personality?" part. there is no main personality when it comes to people with DID. all the alters are their own people and should be respected, using words like "main personality" is really harmful. this is why you need to do EXTENSIVE research on topics like mental illness. also, DID is not curable ..
