Other Yaoi I've read and watched they normally just cut out the sex or imply it. They'll kiss and head to the bedroom then it'll cut to the next morning with them both half-naked in bed.
I think it depends on the yaoi and the studio which decides to animate it. For exemple, yarichin bitch club was animated with all the sex scenes and it was almost identical to the Manga.
I wonder how much they are going to censor, change or even rewrite the story to be able to air this as an anime. We will know in a few months. Those asking if it is worth reading. It is but not for those who can not handle graphic sex scenes. Because that is what is in almost every chapter.
