They dont disappear per day, they intergrate and almost become one in the same, therefore they have the same memories and a new alter could be formed who wants a different name as they are neither kazuma or rei for example

Although I also wish that they could all just integrate 1) I don’t think the alters can decide who they will integrate with or when.. I think it’s more of a automatic random thing
