1- Why would the author bother about putting the Mcs in the cover if they were the ones that has the less sex with eachother?
2- We saw the Mcs (specially the seme) been with a lot of people but only 3 times with the main character.
3- This whole work was based on sex, the plot was really meaningless
4- The male nurse had sex with so many people that I think he already wasted all of the cure
