There's so many plot twist in the story i didn't remember much, if my memory serves me right the guy has 7 personalities in him there's a suicidal type, bomber guy, a kid (?), a gangster and the others (sorry i didn't remember) and the thing is all the personalities exist for a reason (not gonna spoil) then he will hire a psychiatrist ( she will became his girlfriend later) (they actually know each other but only the gangster remembers her, the girl also forgot about him there's a reason for that) so well that the gist of the story sorry i sometimes have a rule to not spoil a story to someone (づ￣ ³￣)づ
Yeah but he doesn't have DID... In this manga the illness, even though similar, is different.

The main character of kill me heal me has multiple personality disorder. If I understood well, the people with DID don't have multiple personalities but it's really different people in one body. For more details i recommend that you look it up bc this manga seems to mix the two disorders
Yup definitely remind me of 'Kill me, Heal me' my favourite kdrama of all time you have to watch it not going to disappointed believe me
