also since she partied alot so she met people and Im sure she sort of listened to alot of stories so she is not entirely unaware when she is older. she was just not motivated to do anything about it.
also as seen from previous chapters and chapter 17 aria was studying so her being knowledgable was not a sudden thing. She is hardworking in her new life. I think she has always been wise she was just not motivated in her past life. I think because the comics do not spend time on showing her studying so it seems sudden.
It's not that she was stupid in the past, it's just that she didn't try to learn anything. She's always had the smarts but it was always directed elsewhere cuz she didn't realize the value of knowledge until time turned back.

she still seems so vain and how could she be so 'stupid' and unknownledgeable in her past life and suddenly know everything she had to do once she's reborn ?
