There’s no such thing as a theme being copyrighted. There’s only plagiarism. Multiple people have used the fictional Hanahaki in their works
except that's the reason why lezhin + bboong cancelled the said webtoon. There are no proof online to back if the copyright/patent is real but that's what lezhin said so yeah.
