It seemed like a quick turn around, in chapter one alone Yuu first asks Tasuku to dirty him, but then later says to clean him, with the same acts anyway. I decided to think that during the 1st chapter, he still had some lingering feelings for his brother, but Tasuku is growing more and more dear to him.

He realized that doing it with others just doesn't cut it, and isn't the same as with Tasuku. Knowing that soon, his brother will get married and that would be the ultimate sign of him giving up, he also thought that it would be the last time he would exploit Tasuku, so that's why he tried doing it with others as much. (I don't know if I'm wrong, but with his response it seems that he usually comes to Tasuku for it because of the similar body build as his brother and because he is most comfortable with Tasuku, so these incidents of sleeping with others seem to be not uncommon, yet not too common either. My indication of this was Tasuku's reaction. He didn't seem surprised to see what he did, yet afterwards he thought that Yuu had gone that far to forget his brother's wedding.)

It can be easily interpretted as Yuu doing all to forget his brother, but it seemed too fast, to transition from forgetting his brother to forgetting Tasuku in one chapter. It seemed that time didn't pass by too much, either, so I thought of combining the two thoughts and thus could think:

-Yuu had lingering feelings for his brother, but it is more manageable now than before.
-When Yuu did what he did, he was seeking another substitute, to forget his brother's wedding, but also so he can gradually let go of Tasuku.
- In the end, he realized that this was no good, so he decides to play his usual card and exploit Tasuku once more, thus the "soiling".
(Probably also why he seemed disheartened when Tasuku rejected him in the bath and the like, where it seems it's too late to properly be with Tasuku, beyond the usual substitute relationship, so he relapses to something both of them know best. So maybe, "Your job is to soil me. We're not done yet." Kind of like that? Like he doesn't want to let Tasuku go, and doesn't want to let whatever it is between them end, at the same time do it's original purpose, even if he thinks it's the best for him.
I think this way because otherwise it would really be odd, from using him to actually liking him, from dirty to clean, in such a short span of time.)
- When he met the previous guy in wherever they are, he consciously notes that he wishes to forget Tasuku, and tries to let go of him. He soon quickly realizes that it is no good, no matter what, after all.
- He did manage to give up on his brother after that, and now all that's left is for him to let go of Tasuku - and the rest is as we can clearly see.

It's nice to see how such a selfish character so consumed by particular emotions, can start thinking about what he has been doing, and what he has lost thanks to that.

He didn't lose much, but he can't forgive himself easily for letting him have such happiness after all that has happened, in addition to the fact that now that he realizes more about himself and Tasuku, he desires to give Tasuku as much as Tasuku has given to him.

Now it'll be a resurfacing memory, whether in little tidbits or some small moments, whenever either of them mention anything related or when something reminds them of a previous event... it has been their relationship of 6 years, after all. Perhaps it's not a big deal for Tasuku to remember, because that is still what brought them together, and is simply that: memories, but for Yuu it would be an echoing reminder of what he has done - it is both his repentance of his mistakes, and his path to redemption, to not be that way and be a better person for Tasuku, and for himself as well. From now on, this Yuu is Tasuku's lover, and they intend to be together for a long time. The substution and time for unrequited love is over, in its place is a boy who earnestly loves Tasuku, and wishes to be the best he can for him, devoting his all to him just as Tasuku had done; and Tasuku, no longer a plush toy teddy bear, but a man who is properly looking at and standing by Yuu, finally being happy.
