Cain says "세라핌..!!" - which is "Seraphim". So it is actually an angel....but obviously not good for our demons, I guess...

Oh, sorry for the misunderstanding. I already knew he isn't a brother. I think he's one of Cain's generals. I just meant that he kinda looks likes Cain's twin or brother.

If that's the case then no wonder Cain was bleeding. If I'm not mistaken, his heart injury was due to a heavenly weapon of some sort? If so, then it would make sense the injury would react when that Seraphin came to Earth.

Possibly an angel, probably even could be the one that shot Cain's heart, while some says it's probably Satan since he was formerly an angel. No clear answer yet but these are the speculations.
