It’s a cute story but I don’t get the MC’s motivation here to ruin her own life. Why? Because she remembered her past life and that her present one is an Otome world where she was the villainess who harassed the heroine. If there was at least a plot device introduced to justify her having to play the villain. Like some deity popping up and forcing her to go through with it because otherwise it would break this universe or some other mumbo jumbo. Then it would be amusing to watch her trying to fill in her role as villainess but utterly failing at it. As it stands, she comes off as a suicidal comedy relief clown.
I'm not exactly sure but I heard that she's doing it because of her house. She needs her house to fall into 'ruin' because if it doesn't it'll end worse than her original ending because of some political/diplomatic issue. The issue has something to do with the house having too much power.
