It definitely has a scene like you decribed at the end and in it's sequel it has another scene like it. But it is part of a long series so maybe it's not what you are looking for?

Hello all! I do hope I can get some help in finding this tittle as I suddenly remembered about it.
One of the most remembered scene within the story was when in the end the couple finally moved in together and in one of the panels , it zooms into the house name plate ( if Im not mistaken it was an apartment ) to show both of their names together. Not much else do I remember about this manga ( It might have been about co-workers but again I am not too sure )
