i don't agree either with the author saying ash deserved to die, but even if he was still alive, he would still be chased by other people and he would've be forced into killing/hiding, and even being in hiding would assure his life to be peaceful because there's always a chance someone figures out his whereabouts. not to mention, he could endanger eiji, which ash definitely doesn't want. it's sad, but love stories like these most often ends with one of them dying. :')
Ash shouldn't die. I said what I said. He was a victim A FUCKING VICTIM to all those monstority and the author dare to say Ash deserves to die??? IM FUMING WITH ANGER. Even if he didnt end up going to Japan and live with Eiji, he should be alive after years of being in hell starting when he was just 8 YEARS OLD. The author is a joke, as if he would have a happy dream while suffering for hours before finally dying, with a smile on his face. Just plain ridiculous, not when Ash actually decided to go to Eiji after reading that letter because in a sense that letter was like a ticket to Ash's freedom like he always desired. That letter was supposed to be his epiphany not his fucking eulogy. So tell me why did he die when its obvious that he shouldn't? The author needs to come up with a better reason and not cause oh ash is still a criminal that kills (lets rewind back how he became a criminal in the first place because as far as I am concerned people start shit first, so it was his defense mechanism which was reasonable enough???)
