No its totally ok and understandable :> line webtoons and webcomics are companies that allow people to publish their own works, especially for "amateurs" or starters that are still establishing themselves. They both have website and mobile apps. You can publish your work wherever is convenient for you

Also are you familiar with Tower of God that was just very recently adapted into an anime? The artist/author started on line webtoons :> because of the unique plot the author was able to establish himself and made the work popular. When you check the manhwa, you can actually see the progress and development of the art style.
