Those sorts of stories are called shounen ai. If u want to read more stories like that go to the shounen ai section and pick one. I hope I helped(▰˘◡˘▰)
there’s a handful of comics just like this with similar art or plot or comedy, but i can’t think of any names besides The Priest’s Chart
