The boss/president took on his debt, groomed the boy by making suits, getting rid of his ugly yakuza-flashy old suit, dyed his hair from blonde to black. Came up with a point system where he does something wrong he'll minus points and doing something right will add his points. Although the boy was frustrated at first, eventually he found himself wanting to please the boss by trying to get more points. Kinda naive and a little dumb funny uke.

Looking for a manga on about a secretary? The boy (uke) was previously a delinquent but was groomed and taught to be a secretary. Even though he was from a rich family, he became broke/in debt/ father's business was failing or something similar. I Eventually he met w his father again to clear the air. There was something about penalty points for the uke during his training and of course being the lover of the big boss ;)
