apparently someone said the bulter called her Avery because the translation team changed and the source in which the scans came from changed to Tapas. And in Tapas the name for the girl is Avery instead of Elijah. So its nothing really just a change in what names are gonna be used.
the butler called her Avery in front of the ML so Im guessing he already knows she is a girl? but pretends not to.....? SPOILER
