Shoot I don't remember the name but there's the manga where the mc was born out of his mothers ass in a literally shat out in a public toilet. Later on he made a cult with little boys and did the deed with them. He made the kids kill his parents and they would all kidnap people and grape em then cut them up. Later on it gets more messed up#－.－)
