Anyone know manga in which the uke had this psychological condition

So I'm looking for a manga where the uke was under a lot of stress and pressure that his mind 'slipped' and mentally went into hiding (sorry, I don't know what's the proper psychological term for this). He was conscious when this happened but becoming unresponsive and empty.

I really want to re-read it but forgot the title, so I appreciate it if you can let me know if you're familiar with the manga.

Also any recommendation with same/similar condition is more than welcomed ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

idk what manga is that but 'incidentally living together' is a manhwa that's similar to it.
