You know what’s really annoying to me? When words appear like “pissed, It’s ok. It’s not a big deal, I’m in, and thanks” in a webtoon that has a historical setting. It especially throws me out of immersion when the translation attempts to be formal, for it just to be intercepted with sudden slang words and modern abbreviations by supposed gentle folk. I don’t want to hate on the translator and I’m grateful but my limit has been reached after reading numerous historical webtoons that employ the same sentence forming style.
