It depends on the author's preference. Some authors put it down as the only males who can get pregnant are omegas, some put it as everyone can get pregnant, some put it as something else. Here, obviously only omega males and probably all females can get pregnant.

Alpha x Omega (either females or males)
Alpha x Beta (like in kashikomarimashita destiny) (either females or males)
