TBH I liked Daniel till the end. I could actually see this happening. I know that many people who read yaoi think that Daniel should've been faithful and all, but coming from a Gay guy, I'am 100% sure that when Daniel said "Sex Friends" he meant "Sex Friends" NOT Lovers.
They weren't even DATING. So there was no need for Daniel to be faithful.
I like this mangaka because their works have characters with pretty realistic personalities and I can respect that Daniel just outright said "Yeah, I'm Gay" without a hint of hesitation.
At least he wasn't ashamed of his sexuality.
