Well women from the times the story is in would kinda be outcasted for wanting to be something more and do men's work. A usual and good paying job for women at that time was working as a maid or working in the field with their husbands. Aside from the fact that the universe the MC is currently in has magic, her getting a business in the victorian ages would be rare.

You also have to consider the fact if she even wants to be a business woman. Personally, it seems she just wants to have a job good enough to support herself. She looks very content with where she is now. Not every woman needs to own a business empire, be a general or do some spectacular feat to be happy and comfortable with their lives.
Like wth? Of course, I love the story but does she really have to be just a maid? Like she can even become a business woman or anything. Does she really have to always serve others even if she’s been from modern world? Like there’s a lot of ideas she can do you know.
