Lets see if I remember correctly:

Eunjae [human] and San [goblin] - main characters and main couple -
704 [reaper] and Geumsun [goblin] - second couple -
Yama [king of hell], the one that likes to mess with 704 just to make Geumsun angry.
Hwan, the HOT ghostly monster.
Chungin [bow and arrow] and the other guy whose name hasn't been revealed are *northern reapers*, they were supposed to watch over Eunjae but failed miserably.
And then we have Eunjae friends but I don't remember their names ╮(￣▽￣)╭
