Im looking for a yaoi manga I read years ago (probably the first one I ever read)
The seme is an 18+ writer and him and the uke are neighbors, they run into each other more than once in the hallway of the building.
if I remember correctly at one point the uke opens a package that he received it was basically porn turns out it’s for the seme.
The seme has long hair and smokes a lot.

from what I remember the title in English has the word neighbor in it.
