I always wonder

Why the authors use this concept so often- it's been already fucked to the point that there is nothing left of it. There are hundreds of stories like that, every new released manga with the ,,vitcim falls in love with the abuser who has some trauma that in the end justifies his actions" plot is the same, same storyline, same character profile, they reasoning, past, backround is either the same or it's been reapeated so many times in a lot of manga's it's almost absurd. I have nothing against twisted themes but sometimes I cant understand the lack of creativity.

AHAHAHAHAHA YEEEEES IKR!!! Part of me feels like the author created this story just so that it's the opposite of Secret Note. Idk man, Secret Note is comparatively wholesome, and then we have this... very bitter story (it's not even bittersweet lmao I feel so bad the entire time when reading this). And that more effort in plot building seemed to be placed on Secret Note than Hydrangea Cage. Either way, this seems like the author's first few original stories other than their doujinshis, hopefully their future work will not use such a concept again.

The whole idea of 'Omegas' are lower than 'Alphas' in terms of social status is getting rather overused too in the Omegaverse storyline. In a society where many of us are fighting for equal rights, regardless of gender, sex, or races, seeing these type of stories breaks my heart so so much. While the MCs may achieve happiness in the very end, it somehow bugs me knowing that many are still being ill-treated in that universe and that not everyone achieved the same happiness as the MCs.
