I watched the anime, It's the one of my favorites that I'd always recommend to friends who are un interested in anime because I know It'll change their mind. I love it, the music, the plot, the ending!!! Thanks for suggesting it anyway.

I was about to years ago, after I finished reading "Scum's wish" but it was already 4 am and sleep got the best of me, I never got pass ep 2 of Anohana, I know it's really good and sad though. I might pick it up again soon.

Oh, since we're on topic, have you seen Angel Beats? It's one of the series' that got me into anime. The ending was heartbreaking but satisfying, and I think that it's a bit underrated.

I've been told so many times to watch it, but I never happened to start it, and I feel like it's not what I'm looking for now. Still on my list though. Alwo I can tell you that my favourite romance/drama manga is Nana, it's more mature and complex than the usual stuff, a classic heartbreaker

OMG!!!! NANA!!!!!! I LOVE NANA!!! It's too bad it was never completed (I think the mangaka didn't get the chance to finish it, she died? or got sick? I forgot.). The characters just felt so human in Nana. The emotions they show, the drama, and the songs!!! and HACHI! XD

I heard she had health issues and can't draw anymore... So sad but still happy I could read such an amazing story, one of my first animes ! Looks like we have the same tastes, so I recommend Chouka kou, it's a masterpiece, I've read it three times and will never get tired of it, I'm sure you'll love it (also on hold but still worth it !!)
