I mean I don't think it would be that bad for them to be in romantic relationship. it's not that MD don't trust him, it just he know that Chanwoo will always find an abusive partners. if he didn't trust, he would have told him to stop dating if he wants him has a dom.
I think they are very healthy relationship. it just MD wants more then Dom/Sub what is totally fine.
I don't see a way in which Chanwoo and MD can be in a healthy relationship tbh. There's absolutely nothing wrong with sleeping around like Chanwoo does, as it doesn't make someone less loyal or able to be monogamous when they find their person. But in this case I genuinely don't think Chanwoo is made for monogamous relationships? I feel like MD will constantly experience distrust and be anxious because Chanwoo is so easily swayed by attractive people.
I think they suit a dom/sub relationship as MD is a very good dom, but I don't think a romantic relationship is best for them. Obviously that's going to be end-goal for the story but I wouldn't be mad if MD became just someone Chanwoo could rely on, more as friends than lovers. Chanwoo does need to do some serious soul searching about his type in people though...
