MD definitely deserves this. Look at how he treated his last play partner. H dumped him like garbage. He isnt a nice person. He starts choking Chanwoo and took things too far just because he was rejected. He is a very controlling man, but seems small and petty. You only notice when you see the little things he has done so far.
