HELP FIND PLEASE

I need help finding a manga! It's a romance manga, no yaoi or present day stuff kind of thing. So the girl has this scientist dad who forgets about her and her mother already passed away. She gets "kidnap"? by this group of people, her love interest is this tan dude btw. I think I remember that group of people being to change at night or something or they have some kind of power. Also, the girl seems like a ditz but theres this one part where the group sneaks back into the scientist dad's place and she literally memorized everything like hidden talent kind of thing.

The cover was the tanned dude carrying her and I think black wings are behind him if that helps. I don't know if they changed it.
