I don’t think there’s a real plot here.
This feels like one of those stories where it’s Introduction>Filler>Filer>Filler>Climax>Actual plot>Ending

The "plot" feels so disjointed from chapter to chapter, I often find myself looking back as if I missed a chapter (which never winds up being what's causing the confusion).
Also, while I agree with all the comments here being sick of the progression of the main couple being incredibly annoying, I also just generally didn't expect much quality from a series that came up with the term "pregman". At like chapter 3 I wrote myself the comment "what the fuck" about this story cuz of that, and I don't think that has gone away since, haha. I'm honestly here for curiosity more than anything. Definitely not for story
