Yo-Jin-Bo (it is set in feudal Japan, not a European-inspired culture). The MC's soul gets transported into the body of - if I recall correctly- some sort of princess-like character. You could find a patch online as well. It has quite a bit of comedy and was really worth the play-through :p
So apparently otome game isekai is a huge cliche now, but does anyone know if there are actual otomes like that and where can you get them? i mean the whole medieval fantasy/magical world aesthetic with princes and such
