I think depending on the setting of the manga it can differ... Some say alpha females have male genitalia... Others say their clit can swell and ejacualte.. Basically they can acquire some form of male genitalia to impregnate the omega... There are also instances where alphas can impregnate other alphas... So it really depends on the author how they are representing the omegaverse... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
