well, "redrum retsis" is "sister murderer" backwards and in the corner of the page there is a note that says " That day I kept hearing voices telling me to dispose all the twisted, ugly things as if they were garbage.- Saya"
The underlined part reads あねごろし backwards which means sister murderer, writing it backward in English was the translators way of translating it :)
