Oh correction to the scene that I remember. Its not that the seme took or kidnapped the uke. It was supposed to be a short trip to make memories before the uke leaves for abroad to learn to become a president. So the uke was not forced to go anywhere but when they spent the night in the cabin, when the uke woke up his foot was chained.

There's this yaoi manga that's been on my mind and it's been bugging me. I know I read it somewhere but I forgot the title of the manga.
I remember that there was this very possessive seme and an understanding uke. I only remember a scene where the uke was supposed to go somewhere far away(abroad probably) and the seme allowed the uke. But when it was time for the uke to leave, the seme took the uke somewhere far deep in the woods in a cabin and chained his foot.
That's the only scene I remember. Please help me if you know the title
