basically they're entertaining the wives of envoys from another country that don't eat pork as a religious belief, but Rosemond switched the beef for pork before the banquet so she was expecting all hell to break loose but the queen knew she would try to pull some shit like that and had a backup plan so the dinner with the envoys went fine and rosemond is pissed because her plan didn't work. Now they're outside just trying to insult each other. Rosemond knows that she'll be cast out if the emperor dies unless she fully becomes empress and she's just being super disrespectful. I don't think the webtoon explained this very well + the translation is nuts these chapters so the book is worth checking out if you care that much.
