Addiction in yaoi or yuri manga?

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations of yaoi or yuri manga that deal (seriously) with the topic of addiction and drugs etc. I have only read a few where they touched lightly on the subject and was wondering if anyone knew some that I haven't read yet. If it's not yaoi or yuri then no romance at all is fine too. Please help me. >.<
