I think you shouldn't read this. It's really beautiful but it's heavy and really sad, at least for now.
if you really want to read it then wait till its complete that way the frustration can calm down
I would have to say no, as both Viewfinder and Okane ga Nai which you gave as examples have light drama, but are in general more on the comedic, light-hearted side.
This steers away from the tropes established in yakuza-themed comics, is a lot darker, a lot more realistic. There are scenes of explicit and not at all romanticized rape, violence, torture etc. Definitely not a light, romantic read.
I’m just wondering if I should read this, cause I’m very sensitive and a very hopeless romantic. So I tend to avoid anything that’s has too much angst ( I don’t mind a little drama )but at the same time I love stories with dominant men, mafia/yakuza themes and bad boys and aggressive semes. Just like you’re my loveprize viewfinder or okane ga nai. So if you guys think it’s worth it for me to read please tell me
