I'm guessing because he's on protection detail. i don't think he trusts the doctor lady, so he's watching her closely.
He probably also doesn't want to give away who he is.
He has been staying away from Lorem and Gospel to protect them. If he suddenly gets all snuggly and friendly with Gospel, it would Be seen as suspect by those that are watching his movements.
I'm hoping we will get the snuggles and cuddles all of us want to see at some point!

So if Jiku is Gospels papa, why is he being so indifferent to his cuteness?!! Wheres the cuddles and hugs and tears at the reunion i need those! I guess hes being staying away to protecc the lil bun but stilll....
