Apparently we see the inner thoughts of Director Kang as his feelings towards Yiyoung begin to change and he grows to like him and wants to spend more time with him. A lot of it was mostly misundertandings. When Yiyiung walked in on the meeting where Kang appeared angry he wasnt angry at Yiyoung. Kang left hints he was interested in him such as when he tapped his foot in the resturant, driving lessons, etc...
