In the chapter, I put in the link. Hyesung wakes ups, not recongnising the home and asking where's the baby? And assumes that he dreamt the whole thing from Love is an Illusion (him being pregnant and living with Dojin) because he isn't pregnant anymore. The last page is him waking up(in dojin's original apartment) from his dream, still pregnant and realising the whole thing was a dream. If you look at the teddy next to him, it confirms it. It's from when Dojin bought him loads of stuff and moved him into his room. You guys are the ones that don't get it.

We're just teasing you, hun. Do you know what is an omegaverse? Among the author's notes, she states that she would do a story about this couple because people had become interested. And when "Love is an Illusion" became a hit, she decided to add some spice by switching the ukes. Honestly, its all about fan service.
